Home About InstyMeds

What is InstyMeds?
InstyMeds is an automated system that allows you to get your prescriptions filled on-site, in our lobby, after your surgery.

The InstyMeds “touch” screen will prompt you for the information required, then automatically dispense your medications.

Can I get my prescription filled here?
Our most common prescriptions are available, however, Your doctor or nurse will know if your prescribed medications are available from our InstyMeds dispenser.

How do I pay for my prescription?
Our InstyMeds dispenser accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for your copayment.

If your insurance covers prescription costs, InstyMeds will automatically submit your claim, just like a retail pharmacy.

Are the medications safe?
Before being dispensed, each medication in our InstyMeds dispenser undergoes three separate quality-verification checks. Medications are labeled with their names and dosages, along with all the other information included on prescription bottles from your retail pharmacy.

What if I need help?
Next to our InstyMeds dispenser, you’ll find a phone with a direct line to InstyMeds Customer Service. Your nurse and our concierge are also available to assist you.
