Dr. Singh is the medical director of Pain Diagnostics Associates, an independent interventional pain clinic with several locations in Michigan and Wisconsin. Dr. Singh’s northeast Wisconsin office suite is located on the second floor of the Orthopedic & Sports Institute.
A Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice from the World Institute of Pain, Dr. Singh is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in Sub-Specialty Pain Management. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, president of the Wisconsin Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and immediate past president of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
In addition to serving as an instructor and faculty member at numerous medical conferences, Dr. Singh mentors physicians throughout the United States and abroad. He is also a presenter at prestigious international medical conferences, including the World Institute of Pain Conference in Budapest, Hungary.
In May 2007, Dr. Singh received the National President Award in recognition of his leadership as past president of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Among pain specialists, Dr. Singh is one of the first physicians in the country to perform IDET and Nucleoplasty, minimally invasive surgical procedures for relieving low-back pain.
