They actually got to know, you know, me and it was almost more like a friendship bond than someone doing their job just to do their job. They made sure, you know, if I had any questions or anything I needed or whatever they'd help me out no matter what. No matter what time in day or night it was, if I needed something, you know, they were right there—came in, called me by my name, made it, you know, made me feel relaxed. I slept in worse hotels than what those rooms look like, and the atmosphere in there was just so nice and mellow—and just to know your surroundings and be comfortable with your surroundings.
