Community First Fox Cities Marathon

We are proud to help make the Community First Fox Cities Marathon the area’s premier distance event. OSI is the primary medical provider for the marathon and sponsor of the marathon relay event. OSI and our partners at Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine coordinate care for 7,000+ runners in a variety of events over the race weekend. We also offer a free post-race injury clinic following the event.
