Start or continue your healthcare career with OSI. On-the-job training is provided for this 1.0 FTE position. Our Patient Service Representative will work from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with NO weekend or on-call hours.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet patients (in person or via phone)
- Verify patient benefit information
- Schedule appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Check in patients
- Take payments over the phone
- Outgoing Referrals Coordination
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior customer service experience desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strongly prefer medical experience
- Medical Terminology strongly encouraged
