Bayside Chiropractic Joins NOVO Health

November 03, 2016

NOVO Health is proud to announce the recent addition of Bayside Chiropractic to its family of healthcare providers. NOVO Health, Physician-Led Healthcare, was created in 2015 to offer employers healthcare solutions that reduce costs, improve outcomes, and provide unmatched patient experience.

Bayside Chiropractic specializes in providing onsite and near site services at private industrial locations and as well as county and school employer sites throughout Wisconsin.

With their addition, Bayside becomes an integral part of the NOVO Health team, which was assembled to make it easier for employees of self-funded companies and organizations to receive timely, high-quality quality care while reducing the overall healthcare cost for musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Connon Piencikowski, owner of Bayside Chiropractic, specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions of the spine and extremities. By being at the forefront of conservative treatments and delivering those services onsite or at multiple near site clinics, Piencikowski and his associates contribute to the success of every business with whom they partner.

Piencikowski is a 2006 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. In addition to earning degrees in Chiropractic and Athletic Training, he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.

Pencikowski is trained in various techniques including Graston Technique, Kinesio-Taping, and Active Release Technique.

The Graston Technique is used to break down scar tissue and increase blood flow for those dealing with restrictions that affect normal motion.

Kinesio-Taping is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints.

Active Release Technique allows the practitioner to diagnose and treat soft-tissue injuries and pain related to the low back, sciatic nerve, neck, hands, rotator cuff, wrists, ankle and foot.

These techniques are used in workplace environments to treat minor discomforts that have not yet led to injury, helping employees stay on the job and assisting companies to reduce workers’ compensation costs and recordable injuries.
